You can find your enrolment date in your Offer Letter and Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE).

If you are at risk of unsatisfactory course progress or attendance, the college will contact you to arrange a support meeting. An Intervention Plan will be developed to help you get back on track through academic counselling, extra classes, or learning support.
Once you have successfully completed all course units and your fees are fully paid, your qualification will be issued by the Academic Department. Certificates are usually ready within 4–6 weeks after your final results are released. You’ll receive an email when it’s available for collection or digital download.
Visa renewals are handled by the Department of Home Affairs (DHA). You will need a current CoE from the school before you can apply. Please contact Student Services at least six weeks before your visa expires to request a new CoE and receive guidance on the renewal process.
You can request a reference or completion letter from Student Services after your results are finalized. Make sure all fees are cleared. Requests can be made by email or in person, and processing normally takes 3–5 business days.
